- Rate honestly, one account per person, no spam or vote manipulation.
- Videos belong to their creators and are shown via YouTube's embedded player.
- The site is free and provided as-is; we may remove content or accounts that break these rules.
1. Agreement
By using tiertube.com ("tiertube", "we", "us") you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age for digital consent in your country) to create an account.
3. Your account
- Keep your login details safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- One account per person. Creating extra accounts to influence tiers is not allowed.
- Usernames must not impersonate others or be offensive. We may rename or remove accounts that break this rule.
4. Rating and adding videos
- Tiers are opinions. Rate honestly, based on your own view of a video.
- Don't manipulate rankings: no coordinated or automated voting, bots, scraping that overloads the site, or buying or selling votes.
- Only add links to publicly available YouTube videos. Don't add videos that are illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, or that harass people.
- Category, language and country suggestions should be accurate. Deliberate mislabelling may be reverted.
5. Content and YouTube
Videos, titles and thumbnails belong to their creators and are shown through YouTube's embedded player and public data. Watching videos on tiertube is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. tiertube is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google.
If you believe content on tiertube infringes your rights, email hello@tiertube.com with the page link and details, and we'll review and remove it where appropriate.
6. What you allow us to do
You keep any rights you have in what you submit. By adding videos and ratings, you allow us to store and display them, include them in crowd tiers and share images (such as preview cards of public tier pages), and keep anonymised ratings in aggregate statistics after your account is deleted.
7. Moderation
We may remove videos, ratings or accounts, or limit access, if we believe they break these Terms or put the site or its users at risk. Where reasonable, we'll explain why.
8. The service
tiertube is free and provided "as is" and "as available". We don't guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or that tiers are accurate. We may change or discontinue features at any time.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, tiertube is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, or for content on YouTube or other third-party sites. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using tiertube at any time and ask us to delete your account at hello@tiertube.com. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these Terms.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll show a notice on the site. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept them.
